As mentioned on the summary, this recipe doesnt focus on the look. you w'ont get any better looking shakshuka from most of the shakshukas you used to see. And all of that is in order to not compromise on any element of taste and texture. In additional, this recipe isnt politically correct, it doesnt use any of the chefs hard to get ingredents and stricly rules. Thats why this recipe w'ont be suit to chefs and people who eating with their eyes. One more thing, one of the secrets that will be reveal is the duaration of time that the shakshuka will "lie" on the fire and that so , this recipe w'ont be suit for impatient people.

« Ingredients - 4 generous dishs
  • 15 • Ripe tommattoes
  • 4 • Eggs
  • 2 • Stuffed spoons of tomato concentrate
  • 3 • Stuffed spoons of soup powder
  • 2 • Big onions
  • 3 • Sweet red peppers
  • 3 • Gurlics
  • 1 • Flat spoon of turmeric
  • 1 • Flat spoon of cumin
  • 1 • Flat spoon of grounded black pepper
  • 1 • Flat spoon of sweet paprika
  • 1 • Flat spoon of spicy paprika
« Mode Of Preparation
  1. .1 .Chop and Fry the onions on a big pan
  2. .2.While the onions are frying, Cut the 2 sweet red peppers and the 3 gurlics to tiny squares
  3. .3.Add the sweet red peppers and the gurlics to the pan and well blend it
  4. .4Meanwhile, Cut all of the tomatoes to squares and keep on blending the mixture in the pan. Tip
  5. .5Finnish cutting the tomatoes? Add them to the pan, blend it thoroughly,cover the pan and keep it on medium fire
  6. .6As often as 8-10 minuts, you have to open the cover and spill the juices that discharged from the tomatoes and thoroughly blend again. Secrete 1

  8. .8Add the rest of the spices and the 2 spoons of tomatoes concentrate, blend well and wait for 3 minuts

Optional Additions «
  • If you like it spicy, you can add spicy peppers chopped to thin circles at the step of adding the sweet red peppers (Step 3)
  • For decoration, you can scatter on the plate fresh parslet/ Irit / Bsil chopped well.
